Repair and Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining excellent communication with our clients. The position involves frequent travel (~70% of working time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency troubleshooting at client sites.
• Coordinate service and repair activities, keeping clients informed about planned maintenance and equipment updates.
• Provide professional communication with clients regarding service status, progress, and improvement recommendations.
• Inspect equipment condition and ensure compliance with technical requirements, project execution, and production plans.
• Maintain and improve service and repair procedures.
• Enter and manage data in company information systems.
• Monitor and update spare parts inventory for robotic equipment, including usage tracking and orders.

Requirements

Education & Qualification:

• University degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field).

Experience:

• Professional experience in equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Latvian (Intermediate B1) and good English skills.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with ERP systems.
• Technical knowledge in mechanics and electronics.
• Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes.
• Problem-solving mindset and accountability for results.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
