#AERONES, a Global Leader in advanced Wind Turbine Maintenance and Robotics, is seeking a Junior Digital Training Content Creator to join our Aerones Academy team within Operations.
We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in instructional design, media creation, and digital training, who is eager to learn and grow in the renewable energy sector. Experience in e-learning or media production is helpful, but most importantly we seek a candidate with creativity, adaptability, and the motivation to develop engaging learning resources.

You will Join our Team at our Head Office located at Katlakalna Iela 11E, Riga, Latvia.

In this role, you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Trainers, and the internal Academy Team to:

• Create engaging training courses in our Learning Management System (TalentLMS) based on technical instructions and procedures.
• Design course structures and frameworks that guide learners through complex information effectively.
• Develop appealing visuals, presentations, and graphics using tools such as Canva and Synthesia.
• Update and improve existing courses with new or revised content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Transform technical material into easy-to-understand and interesting learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent quality and style across all training materials.
• Test and review courses for usability, accuracy, and learner engagement.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Tools and Platforms

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent English skills, especially in understanding and using technical documentation
• Creativity and the ability to present even routine or “dry” instructions in an engaging way
• Presentation design skills, with a good eye for layout, flow, and clarity
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
