Production Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Technician to join our team and contribute to the development, assembly, and maintenance of advanced robotic equipment.

Main Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components of robotic equipment according to production tasks.
• Participate in the assembly of newly developed robotic systems.
• Perform technical tasks related to equipment testing.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in collaboration with engineers.
• Configure and prepare robotic equipment for operation.
• Provide on-site technical solutions during business trips to ensure smooth operation of robotic systems.
• Carry out various metalworking tasks when required.
• Troubleshoot unexpected technical issues in cooperation with engineers.
• Perform technical repairs and maintenance of robotic equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace, including tools, drawers, and storage areas.
• Record working hours, finished products, and defects in the ERP Monitor system.
• Report missing tools, materials, or other unforeseen issues to the direct manager.
• Follow environmental protection, electrical safety, occupational safety, and fire safety regulations.
• Adhere to defined production processes and procedures.
• Perform other tasks related to the production process.

Requirements

Requirements

• Education: Secondary education.
• Work Experience:
• Previous experience as a locksmith or mechanic.
• Ability to perform assembly tasks according to technical drawings.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Latvian (Intermediate level), good English skills.
• Understanding of occupational safety requirements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Problem-solving mindset and responsibility for results.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
