Responsabilities
- Lead and manage all bar operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
- Develop and maintain an innovative beverage program, including cocktails, wines, and premium spirits.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the bar team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and service across all beverages.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, stock rotation, and cost management to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in line with legal and company requirements.
- Monitor financial performance, including cash handling, sales reporting, and achieving revenue targets.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve service issues.
- Collaborate closely with restaurant and management teams to align the bar experience with the Aethos brand vision.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and introduce seasonal menus and creative concepts
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a supervisory role within a high-end or lifestyle hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, premium spirits, wines, and current beverage trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and ordering procedures.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
