The Role

We are looking for a Front of House professional to join our team at the Aethos Club Lisbon.
You will be the first point of contact for members and guests—setting the tone for every visit and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. From coordinating check-ins and supporting events to driving internal sales and managing membership interactions, you will play a vital role in shaping the daily energy of the Club.
In this position, you will work closely with the Club Manager, the Operations team, and the Member Experience team, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our values of kindness, generosity, and curiosity.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Member & Guest Experience
- Welcome and check in members, guests, and event participants
- Conduct guided tours and present membership options
- Provide personalized support, ensuring every visit feels effortless, warm, and memorable
- Maintain service excellence and uphold 5-star hospitality standards
- Membership & Sales Support
- Drive and follow up on internal sales (F&B and memberships)
- Support membership inquiries, renewals, and onboarding of new members
- Keep databases, CRM systems, and membership reports up to date
- Support efforts to convert visits into long-lasting member relationships
- Event Coordination
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Club events
- Assist with setup, hosting, and guest flow management
- Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure flawless events
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure the Club ambiance is always at its best
- Liaise with Operations, F&B, and Experience teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to membership and Club operations
Your Requirements and Qualifications
- Fluent proficiency in Portuguese is mandatory (both spoken and written)
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in hospitality, co-working, private clubs, or similar guest-facing environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with sales, targets, and performance tracking
- Familiarity with CRM or membership management systems (preferred)
- Flexible availability, including evening shifts during events
