In the middle of the Aosta Valley, below the Monte Rosa and Cervino glaciers, lies Aethos Monterosa – a five-star active luxury resort featuring two F&B outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We are looking for an outstanding team to join us for the upcoming summer season.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and colleagues by operating and maintaining all equipment in an efficient manner.
- Conduct rounds of the facilities central plants as well as all other mechanical areas.
- Assist guests and colleagues on all Engineering related enquiries.
- Immediately report hotel deficiencies to the Hotel Manager for immediate action.
- Serve as a member of hotel emergency response team.
- Assist the Hotel Manager and conduct related fire safety responsibilities.
- Comply with all hotel rules and regulations.
- Constantly maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times.
- Assist when needed in other areas of hotel in the event of an emergency.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Core Competencies:
- Multi-lingual is preferred
- Prior experience working within a hotel preferred
- Hotel opening experience is a plus
- Strong operational/technical knowledge
- Excellent overall communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Strong desire to provide excellent guest service
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
