We are now looking for a product-minded, and quality driven Frontend Engineer to join our Back Office team and help build internal tools that power our online gaming operations. You will work with an international product and engineering team to design and deliver reliable, high-quality web applications used daily by business and operations teams. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to come to the office at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 4500-5000€/month gross.

YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

  • Build and maintain modern Back Office web applications in React and TypeScript

  • Turn product and operational requirements into clear, usable UI solutions

  • Own features end-to-end: implementation, testing, debugging, and production support

  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers

  • Improve code quality, performance, and developer experience through best practices

  • Contribute to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and frontend standards

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF MUST-HAVES:

  • 3+ years of professional frontend development experience Strong hands-on experience with:

    • JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

    • React

    • Vite (or comparable modern frontend build tooling)

    • HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design

  • Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs

  • Practical understanding of frontend performance optimization and web best practices

  • Experience writing tests for frontend code (e.g., Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, or similar)

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

  • Strong communication skills in English

TO TRULY EXCEL IN THE ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Experience with component libraries/design systems (e.g., Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or similar)

  • Experience with modern CSS tooling (e.g., PostCSS, SCSS, or similar)

  • Familiarity with Node.js-based development environments

  • Experience with complex data-heavy internal/admin interfaces
