Area Manager

The Affidea Group, Europe’s leading provider of primary healthcare services, is looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our team in Northern Greece, supporting the Group’s continuous growth and expansion.

Are you ready to lead and innovate in healthcare management? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Area Manager to oversee our medical centers. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering collaboration across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between Affidea HQ, medical centers, and operational groups, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals

• KPI Reporting and Improvement: Implement and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual KPI reporting as agreed upon with the Chief Operations Director (COD). Drive improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights

• Project Management: Actively participate in operational group-level projects and provide leadership where required

• People Management: Provide leadership and guidance to medical center teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

• On-Site Management: Conduct regular visits to medical centers to address operational issues, ensure smooth functioning, and report findings to senior management

• Financial Oversight: Collect and report monthly financial data from medical centers, supporting financial decision-making

• Performance Metrics: Monitor and follow up on medical centers employee's productivity metrics based on specific KPIs, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency

• Meeting Facilitation: Organize and participate in periodic meetings with medical center staff, documenting actions and ensuring follow-up
