Account Manager

Affidea Group, the largest provider of primary healthcare services in Europe, in the context of the continuous development of its activities, is looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Thessaloniki!

Job description: 

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, to improve partnerships and expand the client base within the assigned geographic areas.

• Present and promote medical services, products, and examination packages to healthcare professionals, aiming to broaden collaborations.

• Provide personalized support to healthcare professionals by identifying their needs and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

• Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, gather data, and identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate daily with the management teams of healthcare facilities in the area to assess needs and implement improvement proposals.

• Address patient management issues to ensure quality service delivery.

• Record data, prepare reports, and schedule visits using CRM tools. Present results on a weekly and monthly basis.
