Affidea Greece, one of the leading healthcare providers in the country, is expanding and looking for an experienced Center Manager to join our growing team at CityMed Patision.

CityMed, a pioneering Dermatology Center and a member of Affidea’s diagnostic network, offers comprehensive services in Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics, and advanced Laser Technology. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented professional to lead the center’s operations, ensure exceptional service quality, and support the further development of CityMed Patision.

Responsibility to staff and direct the team to:

  • Manage the center ensuring high quality business activities with maximum quality, service and profitability for the organization.

  • Understands that the center's profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities– including relationships and risk management

  • Manage the smooth running of the team

  • Contribute to the training and development of the results-driven team to achieve revenue targets in line with business plans

  • Maintain overall center responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification

Day to day responsibilities agreed with your manager to include:

  • Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance and daily operations of the center.

  • Maintain and improve mechanisms for evaluating operations, service quality, patient experience and profitability, sharing insights with internal teams.

  • Develop and implement plans to achieve operational and commercial targets.

  • Drive the center’s growth through proactive promotion of dermatology, aesthetics and laser services (up-selling & cross-selling).

  • Recruit, train, coach and support the team to ensure performance goals are met.

  • Lead by example in professionalism, commitment, work ethics and customer service standards.

  • Ensure full adherence to organizational policies, procedures and quality standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments, suppliers and customers.
