The Graphic Designer will support the Affidea Marketing team in Spain and Portugal by developing high-quality visual assets for social media, email marketing, events, clinics, and campaigns. The role focuses on ensuring a consistent, modern, and unified Affidea brand identity. The designer will work closely with the digital and brand teams to create engaging, clear, and brand-aligned communication materials
Social Media Content Creation
Develop visual assets for social media channels across Spain and Portugal, including: static visuals and branded imagery, short videos and reels, motion graphics and GIFs, multi-slide carousels
Ensure a cohesive brand look and feel across both countries’ channels.
Email Marketing Design
Create email templates and visual layouts aligned with Affidea’s brand identity.
Build and prepare the newsletter templates: bi-monthly for Affidea Spain and monthly newsletters for Portugal (upon email tool implementation)
Support the development of visual assets for CRM-based patient communication.
Marketing & Branding Materials
Design and produce offline and printed materials, such as: posters & leaflets, roll-ups, booths, external signage, billboards and window graphics, patient or clinic educational materials
Ensure production-ready files are precise and aligned to brand specifications.
Visuals for different landing pages on the two websites
Brand Standards & Visual Consistency
Apply Affidea’s brand guidelines, colour palette, typography and visual style across all work.
Support the standardisation and unification of design style between Affidea Spain and Portugal.
Contribute to maintaining and updating a shared visual asset library.
