Job Overview

  • Environmental impact assessments for hydropower facilities and other renewable energy infrastructure projects as part of an interdisciplinary team in line with International Lenders' Standards
  • Support aquatic biodiversity field surveys (fish, macroinvertebrates, water quality) in rivers and reservoirs
  • Assist with species identification, taxonomic verification, and data/specimen management
  • Contribute to literature reviews, habitat assessments, and species status evaluations
  • Assist in drafting technical sections of ESIA reports and biodiversity management plans
  • Support data entry, quality control, and analysis of ecological datasets
  • Liaise professionally with local counterparts, authorities, and field teams
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental protocols during fieldwork
  • Support in the design of fish migration facilities
  • Preparation of technical reports and presentations
  • Support in the preparation of proposals
