Job Overview
- Execute scheduled maintenance on industrial motors, transformers, generators (especially high-capacity CAT/Perkins units), and control panels.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in production lines, including cassava processing machinery, boilers, and packaging equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and sensors.
- Install new electrical components, wiring, and lighting systems in accordance with industrial safety standards.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and food safety (HACCP) standards to prevent contamination or workplace hazards.
- Maintain accurate logs of repairs, part replacements, and energy consumption data.
- Work closely with the mechanical maintenance team to solve complex electromechanical issues on the factory floor.
