- Translate market demand into accurate sales forecasts aligned with production schedules
- Secure long-term supply arrangements and repeat orders that stabilize production planning
- Implement pricing and negotiation practices that protect margins and reflect operational realities
- Work closely with Production, QA, and Supply Chain teams to align customer orders with plant efficiency and inventory control
- Monitor order patterns to prevent overproduction, stock aging, and commercial waste
- Provide structured market feedback and customer insights to support commercial and operational decisions
- Ensure professional handling of customer service issues to maintain reliability and trust in the region
