Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular check-ins and ensure service satisfaction.
Manage roughly 50 key accounts in EMEA.
2. Business Development & Lead Qualification
Engage with potential customers from our extensive lead lists.
Qualify leads using prioritization models (A/B/C accounts, opportunity warmth, and revenue potential).
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on opportunities.
Over time, expand to researching and identifying new leads within targeted industry sectors.
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
Maintain and update CRM data in Salesforce (and Scratchpad for note capture).
Extract, analyze, and manipulate data in Excel to generate account and pipeline reports.
Prepare summaries and dashboards to support leadership reviews and territory planning.
Organize meetings, manage follow-ups, and support daily sales workflow coordination.
4. Process Optimization & Collaboration
Partner with the General Manager to continuously refine processes for account coverage and lead management.
Coordinate with other sales team members across global regions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
3–5+ years of experience in sales administration, inside sales, or account management.
Experience in specialty chemicals, coatings, inks, plastics, or related industrial sectors is highly preferred.
Technical or scientific background (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science) is a strong plus.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and purchasing professionals.
Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Suite.
Strong analytical and organizational skills — able to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and confident in video and phone interactions.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits — nothing slips through the cracks.
Curious and adaptable — eager to learn a technical industry and its language.
Resilient and persistent — comfortable with long B2B sales cycles and relationship-based selling.
Proactive and disciplined — takes ownership and anticipates needs without waiting for direction.
Collaborative yet independent — works well with global leadership while managing day-to-day responsibilities autonomously.
