Job Overview

Job Title: Marketing Producer & Campaign Manager

Location: Remote (Latin America)

Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm EST

Compensation: $2,000 - $3500 USD per month (based on experience)

About the Company

Our client is a GTM data and sales intelligence platform helping revenue teams find, enrich, and act on the data they need to grow. We sit at the intersection of GTM engineering, sales automation, and data infrastructure. We are building a marketing function to match the ambition of our product, and we need a high-velocity executor to help us scale.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Marketing Producer & Campaign Manager who is a hands-on, execution-first marketer. This is not a "strategy-only" role; you are the person who makes things happen. You will turn campaign ideas into live email sequences, conference sponsorships into memorable brand moments, and content calendars into published assets.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the US B2B market and the "world of data." You thrive when juggling multiple channels and moving parts, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel B2B campaigns. Coordinate copy, design, landing pages, and tracking links from brief to launch.

  • Event & Conference Management: Coordinate our presence at industry events (logistics, booth management, speaker prep, and swag) and run our internal webinars/hosted events.

  • Project & Ops Management: Own the marketing calendar in Notion. Keep deadlines visible, manage external vendors, and serve as the "connective tissue" between Marketing, Sales, and Product.

  • Content & Digital Support: Spin up digital campaigns across paid/organic channels and manage content production cycles (briefing writers, coordinating reviews, and publishing).

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, know what’s working, and flag what isn't.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  1. The marketing calendar is owned, visible, and trusted by the entire company.

  2. Campaigns launch on time with clear goals and clean execution.

  3. Our conference presence feels intentional and generates a measurable pipeline.

  4. You’ve built enough context to begin shaping the what, not just the how.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Must have:

  • US Cultural Fluency: You have lived, studied, or worked in the United States for 5+ years. You have an impeccable command of English (written and spoken) and understand the nuances of the US B2B tech landscape.

  • B2B Marketing Experience: 7+ years in marketing with a heavy focus on integrated B2B campaigns and complex project management.

  • Data Literacy: Ideally, you have experience in the world of Data/GTM Tech. You understand sales automation, enrichment, and RevOps personas.

  • Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Instantly, Intercom, Google Suite, and Notion.

  • The "Producer" Mindset: You are equally comfortable running a digital email sequence as you are coordinating a 10x10 booth at a conference.

Nice to have:

  • Strong Plusses: * French fluency.

  • Experience at an early-stage/growth-stage SaaS company.

  • Background in marketing to Sales or RevOps leaders.
