Job Title: NetSuite Administrator
Location: LATAM - REMOTE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Central Time
Salary: $2000 to $2500
About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced NetSuite Administrator to oversee inventory management and maintain the integration between NetSuite and our e-commerce platform (BigCommerce). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of NetSuite, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate product and inventory data within NetSuite
Upload and update product information including descriptions, images, pricing, costs, quantity, and location
Oversee data flow and maintain integration between NetSuite and BigCommerce
Collaborate with the website manager to ensure data accuracy and completeness on the e-commerce platform
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product data, inventory, and system integration
Communicate with vendors as needed to gather and upload product assets
Participate in a weekly 1-hour team call and maintain communication via email and text
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration
Strong understanding of NetSuite inventory management
Comfortable performing bulk uploads and managing large product catalogs
Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Must be able to work Central Time hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite certification(s)
Experience with BigCommerce or other e-commerce platforms
Experience working with remote or international teams
Performance Metrics
Timely and accurate upload of vendor product data
Consistent maintenance of accurate inventory records
Smooth and reliable operation of NetSuite–BigCommerce integration
Proactive identification and resolution of issues
