About the Role:

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone

  • Troubleshoot common issues and provide clear guidance to customers

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience

  • Escalate complex issues when necessary while providing accurate documentation

  • Maintain records of interactions and track customer feedback

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or service desk roles preferred

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Professional, courteous, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with a distributed team

  • Plus: Familiarity with Google Sheets for basic reporting or data tracking
