About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Executive Assistant to manage administrative operations and support high-level projects. This role is critical for ensuring initiatives move from concept to completion smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendar, email correspondence, and general administrative tasks
Convert ideas and concepts into actionable plans, checklists, and timelines
Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution
Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding checklists and documentation systems
Handle follow-ups and ensure continuity on ongoing initiatives
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multifaceted business environment
Support scaling operations by identifying when additional resources or processes are needed
Ensure smooth handoffs and continuity across tasks and projects
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar operational role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative without constant direction
Detail-oriented with ability to create systems, processes, and checklists
Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy
Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
