Location: Remote from Latin America
Hours: 4 day work week, Full-Time Monday to Thursday, US Central Time overlap required
Compensation: $2,000 to $2,200 per month, based on experience

Our client is a Texas based B2B shade solutions company serving commercial properties, contractors, and facility managers. The company designs and installs outdoor shade structures and fabric enclosures for commercial environments.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager will work directly with the founder to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute marketing systems that generate qualified leads. This is a builder role with high ownership and responsibility for creating structured, repeatable marketing systems that consistently produce qualified sales conversations and drive predictable revenue growth.
You will help clarify ideal customer profiles, shape messaging, and turn business goals into structured campaigns. You will bring recommendations, align on direction, and then execute with consistency.
Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate with the founder to define and refine ideal customer profiles and core messaging.
You will manage and improve the company website, including updating content, refining positioning, and building landing pages aligned with seasonal initiatives and partnerships.
You will lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, on page optimization, and coordination of technical improvements.
You will design and implement email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns, including segmentation, sequences, and follow up workflows.
You will manage and optimize the CRM system to improve lead capture, tracking, and visibility across the pipeline.
You will analyze campaign performance, monitor lead flow, and report on weekly progress with clear metrics and recommendations.
You will propose and run structured marketing experiments to test new channels, offers, and messaging.
You will coordinate with external vendors when needed and ensure marketing initiatives move forward on schedule.
Must-have Qualifications
Hands on experience building or scaling marketing systems for small or early stage businesses.
Experience in B2B marketing, ideally selling services to contractors, trades, commercial operators, or facility managers.
Experience managing websites and implementing SEO strategies.
Experience building and managing email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
Experience working with a CRM system such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
Fluent English skills, with the ability to produce clear and persuasive marketing content.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and execute without constant supervision.
