Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer
Location: LATAM (Remote) Required Overlap: 9 AM–3 PM PST (6 hours)
Compensation: $4,000-$6,000/month (DOE)

About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and scale the core platform features that drive our business. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small but highly ambitious team, where your work will have a direct impact on the product, customers, and company trajectory. You will own features across our web application, Visual Studio Code extension, GitHub app, and more.
What You’ll Do
Develop, maintain, and enhance our web application and integrations to deliver an intuitive and high-performing user experience.
Write clean, modular, and thoroughly tested code following industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with founders to define, design, and implement new features.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration across systems.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to uphold high standards of code quality.
Leverage Google Cloud services to build scalable and secure infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Strong experience with API development and deployment.
Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably GCP BigQuery and Firestore.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience working in early-stage startups or building SaaS platforms.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions.
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills; committed to continuous learning about emerging technologies and best practices.
Experience utilizing AI tooling to enhance daily engineering efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with frameworks like Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
Experience with Python.
Familiarity with Google Cloud tools for backend services.
Understanding of NLP, machine learning, and integrating AI-driven workflows.
