About the Role
We’re seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager to lead our organic social strategy and content creation. You’ll drive the personality and voice of the brand on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook—creating content, growing our audience, engaging daily with our community, and sparking conversions.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Is obsessed with beauty and makeup trends.
Loves being on camera and behind the scenes creating videos and visuals.
Understands the social media landscape and thrives on engaging with followers and influencers.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Growth – Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
Community Engagement – Respond to comments and DMs daily, engage with followers on their posts, and nurture relationships with potential customers.Content Creation – Produce high-quality, on-brand content including photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
Influencer & Affiliate Outreach – Identify and connect with beauty influencers and TikTok Shop affiliates to promote launches and drive sales.
Campaign Support – Plan and execute organic campaigns for product launches (e.g., new lipstick releases).Trend Spotting – Stay up-to-date with social media trends, beauty industry news, and competitor activity.
Analytics Tracking – Monitor performance metrics, track growth, and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing organic social media for a brand (beauty experience strongly preferred).
Passion for beauty, makeup, and social media.
Comfortable on camera and skilled in creating engaging videos and visuals.
Excellent written communication skills with a fun, relatable voice.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and community management best practices.
Basic photo/video editing skills.
Experience with influencer outreach and affiliate programs is a plus.
