Job Overview

Role: Lead Generation & Research Analyst.

Location: Remote (LATAM-based preferred).

Timezone: Work hours aligned to Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Compensation: $1,800–$2,400 USD (depending on experience).

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company on a mission to transform how logistics companies sell. In just over a year, they've built a product that customers genuinely love, scaled to hundreds of thousands in ARR (doubling in the last 3 months), and are on track to cross $1.8M in revenue over the next year.

They’ve done all this while being cash-efficient—only spending what they’ve earned. The company operates in a highly specialized logistics vertical, solving a problem nearly every sales team in the industry faces: outdated, inefficient sales processes. Instead of tackling complex operations tools like most competitors, they’re laser-focused on improving logistics sales—a huge, underserved market.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for building verified, accurate lead lists, identifying the right decision-makers, enriching company and contact profiles, and fueling our outbound process with precision and quality. You’re not doing outreach or sales — but your work is the foundation of smart outbound.

Key Responsibilities

Company & Contact Research

  • Identify and profile relevant companies within the logistics and supply chain space.

  • Research ownership structure, size, business model, and tech usage.

  • Find and map key decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Heads of Logistics/Operations).

Lead Generation & List Building

  • Build verified lead lists based on firmographic and role-based targeting criteria.

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, SalesQL, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, and public databases.

  • Focus on data integrity: no bounces, no fluff, no filler.

Data Validation & Enrichment

  • Cross-check and verify all contact info — emails, phone numbers, job titles, company URLs, etc.

  • Enrich existing leads with missing information and ensure consistency across tools.

  • Document sources, track confidence level, and annotate unusual cases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a data research, lead generation, or SaaS ops role.

  • Strong experience with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesQL, ZoomInfo, ContactOut, etc.

  • Fluent in English, especially written.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel); bonus for SQL or data analysis exposure.

  • Experience supporting SDR/BDR or RevOps teams is a plus.

  • Familiarity with logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B tech is helpful but not required.
