About the Role

We are looking for a talented and efficient Video Editor to join our marketing team. In this role, you will transform raw footage into engaging, high-performing social media content that drives audience growth and brand visibility.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s online presence by producing compelling short-form videos, optimizing content for multiple platforms, and contributing creative ideas based on performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Editing: Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging videos with a fast turnaround (within 24 hours)

  • Multi-Platform Optimization: Create content tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms

  • Social Media Growth: Produce content designed to increase engagement, reach, and follower growth

  • Performance Analysis: Review video metrics (engagement, retention, watch time) to improve future content

  • Creative Input: Suggest new video ideas, trends, and editing styles aligned with brand goals

  • Workflow Management: Follow SOPs, branding guidelines, and internal processes

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills

  • At least 6–12 months experience working with US-based teams (with timezone overlap)

  • Strong video editing portfolio showcasing modern, social media-style content

  • Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)

  • Ability to deliver high-quality edits within tight deadlines (24-hour turnaround)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience editing content related to physical therapy, fitness, or health

  • Familiarity with social media trends and platform best practices

  • Experience with analytics tools and performance tracking

  • Ability to work across multiple content formats (short-form and long-form)
