Job Title: Construction Estimator
Location: Remote (Latin America/Central America preferred)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $1,800 – $2,500 USD/month (based on experience)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Estimator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for producing accurate, detailed estimates across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects. This is a 100% dedicated, full-time remote position working directly with our leadership, project management, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate possesses deep real-world construction knowledge, understands build sequencing and trade coordination, and can translate complex plans and concepts into reliable cost models that support profitable, buildable projects.
Key Responsibilities
Estimate Preparation:
Produce detailed estimates for New Construction & Design-Build (custom homes, ADUs, commercial spaces, and detached structures).
Develop costs for Remodels & Renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, and full-scale hybrid projects).
Quantify Specialty Finishes including stone installation, tile systems, wall veneers, and architectural feature walls.
Operations & Analysis:
Analyze drawings, scopes, and specifications to produce accurate material takeoffs and labor estimates.
Build multi-trade cost models and scope breakdowns in JobTread.
Collaborate with management to support "design-to-budget" and value engineering workflows.
Maintain organized documentation and deliver structured estimates in a timely, reliable manner.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of construction estimating experience (residential or light commercial).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of material systems, labor productivity, and construction sequencing.
Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) for seamless collaboration.
Work Environment: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote workspace.
Mindset: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced design-build environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with specialty finishes (stone, tile, veneers).
Familiarity with the residential + light commercial crossover.
Prior experience working remotely with US-based clients.
Multi-trade estimating experience across various scopes.
Proficiency with Project Management tools (JobTread & CompanyCam)
Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Slack.
