Job Title: Sales and Appointment Setter
Location: Remote
Hours: Full time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST
Compensation: $1,000 - $1,500/ monthly (salary based on assessment)

About the Role
This role focuses on lead management, sales outreach, and appointment setting to support event and program sales. You’ll help drive qualified calls and ensure leads are engaged effectively throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage leads efficiently
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and warm list re-engagement
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar links
Support low- and high-ticket sales calls
Manage pipeline and track KPIs
Write scripts or templates for outreach
Confirm appointments and follow up post-call or post-event
Requirements
Has 2+ years of solid experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, or lead management
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to handle cold calling and warm list re-engagement
Familiarity with sales tools, CRM, and KPI tracking
Operating Standards
Clarity: Leads understand appointment time, date, and next steps; high-ticket closer has full context
Speed: Leads are contacted promptly and appointments scheduled quickly
Accuracy: Appointment details, scheduling links, pipelines, and KPIs are correct and up to date
Integrity: Sales conversations are professional, honest, and helpful
Results: Qualified calls are booked and leads convert into customers
