  • Consultation Scheduling: Navigate the clinic’s EMR to manage provider schedules and secure firm appointments for in-person consultations.

  • Discovery & Qualification: Conduct light discovery to identify the prospect's aesthetic concerns and budget alignment before booking.

  • CRM Maintenance: Ensure all interactions are meticulously logged in GoHighLevel to provide the client with accurate data and lead tracking.

  • Performance Reporting: Provide end-of-day updates to the client regarding lead-to-booking conversion rates and pipeline status.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Near-Native English Fluency: The client requires exceptional verbal English skills with a clear, professional accent.

  • Appointment Setting Experience: Proven track record in outbound calling, lead nurturing, or high-volume SDR roles.

  • PST Schedule Commitment: Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours consistently, with a focus on evening availability to capture peak lead times.

  • Coachability: Ability to take live feedback and adjust scripts/tone during the interview process and on the job.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Industry Background: Previous experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries.

  • Dialer Experience: Familiarity with integrated CRM dialing systems.
