Role: Architectural Visualization / Rendering Specialist
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm EST
Monthly Budget: $6–$10 per hour (Flexible based on experience and assessment)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Visualization Specialist to join our growing design team. This is a brand-new position reporting directly to the Head of the Architectural Division. You will play a crucial role in transforming residential architectural concepts into stunning, photorealistic visuals and immersive videos.
The ideal candidate is a trained Architect who balances technical precision with creative flair, helping our team produce high-end lookbooks and detailed specification sheets.
Key Responsibilities
3D Rendering & Animation: Create high-quality, photorealistic architectural residential design interior and exterior renderings and walk-through videos (architectural animation).
Design Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed Specification Sheets for full-home residential projects.
Visual Storytelling: Create professional Lookbooks and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and design reviews.
Project Support: Work closely with the Lead Architect to translate Revit models into high-end marketing and presentation assets.
Collaboration: Utilize Monday.com for project tracking and maintain clear communication with the architectural lead.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Professional Degree: You must be a qualified Architect.
Residential Expertise: Proven experience working on residential architecture projects.
Software Mastery: * 3DS Max: Expert-level proficiency for rendering and animation.
Revit: Strong working knowledge for architectural modeling.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating high-end architectural renders and video walkthroughs.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
Landscape Design: Experience or interest in designing outdoor residential spaces.
Structural Understanding: A foundational knowledge of structural engineering principles.
Project Management: Experience using Monday.com or similar PM tools.
