With four years of continuous 100% year-on-year growth, we are currently looking for a passionate Customer Support Agent to guarantee a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that their questions are answered quickly and clearly. With your friendly and solution-oriented approach, you deliver consistent support and contribute to an excellent customer experience. By handling tickets and emails efficiently, improving documentation, and checking supplier information, you directly increase customer satisfaction and support the Customer Success team. This way, you make sure customers feel heard and the team can focus on further building strong customer relationships.

This is a remote position based in Pristina, Kosovo - where you’ll stay closely connected with our Amsterdam-based team and be fully integrated as a valued member of Agriplace. As part of your onboarding, you’ll be flown to Amsterdam for an in-person training, giving you the chance to meet the team and kickstart your journey with us!

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer contact & relationships: You are the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel heard and supported with every question.

  • Support & follow-up: You handle tickets and emails quickly and carefully, ensuring clear follow-up on each customer request.

  • Escalation & collaboration: You work closely with Developers and Customer Success Managers by escalating complex questions in time and contributing to solutions.

  • Phone support: You regularly contact customers by phone to provide them with direct and personal assistance.

  • Knowledge sharing & documentation: You actively contribute to our knowledge base by improving and expanding support documentation, so customers can find answers more quickly on their own.

  • Process support: You contribute to the Managed Services project by checking and reviewing supplier documentation, helping ensure the quality of our services.

What we’re looking for:

  • You get energy from helping customers and bringing structure to frequently asked questions. You don’t need to be an experienced support professional yet — a junior profile is a perfect fit.

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Dutch will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Clear communicator, service-oriented, and customer-friendly.

  • You work accurately and take satisfaction in helping customers quickly and effectively.

  • Strong communication skills and a structured way of working.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with a ticketing system.

  • Also speak and write Dutch and/or German.
