Position Overview
AHOY is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Female Technical Support professional to join our support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their technical queries and providing solutions to enhance their experience with our services. Your strong communication skills and technical expertise will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective technical support.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
  3. Assist clients with setup, configuration, and use of our software solutions.
  4. Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system to maintain a detailed record of client issues.
  5. Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  6. Provide feedback from clients to help improve our products and services.
  7. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    2. 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
    3. Strong understanding of technical concepts and software applications.
    4. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ticketing systems.
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
    7. Customer-focused mindset and a dedication to resolving client issues.
