Product Designer

About the role

We’re hiring our first Product Designer.

This is not a role where you polish pixels on an existing product. You’ll help design the core systems that power our entire portfolio of companies.

You’ll work directly with founders, engineers, and operators to design tools that help businesses run better — from AI-assisted workflows to internal platforms and decision tools.

This role is ideal for someone who likes owning problems end-to-end, moving quickly, and designing systems where humans and AI work together.

What you will do

• Design products from 0 → 1 across verticals
• Conduct user research and build domain expertise
• Turn complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences
• Design next-generation operating systems where human collaborates with AI agents
• Work closely with founders, product managers and engineers to ship quickly
• Establish and evolve our foundational design system and UX principles
• Continuously iterate based on metrics and feedback

What we look for

• 2+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer grade UI/UX, design system thinking, and shipped products
• Strong product instincts and attention to detail
• Passion for AI tools that disrupt designer workflows
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy products
• Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments with ambiguity
• Excellent collaboration with engineers and product managers

Bonus points:

• Experience leading and scaling consumer product in United States
