fulltime_permanent entry_levelJob Overview
Do you want to work closely with some of the biggest brands in the world, and for your work to be shown on the biggest stages in football, if so AIM Sport is the place for you! As our studio is expanding, we want to strengthen it with new additions like you.
At AIM Sport we have extensive experience in the sport marketing industry. We currently work in over 300 football stadiums and arenas across the globe, providing fresh and innovative digital perimeter advertising solutions to our fast growing list of blue-chip clients such as Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, AC Milan, UEFA, Adidas, Heineken, Sony, MasterCard and Audi to just name a few.
If you are keen to design for some of the biggest brands in the world, and for your work to be shown on the biggest stages in world football, you could be just the new talent we're looking for.
You'll be working alongside a team of designers from all over the world with different skill sets that will help you develop inside and outside the company, on a technical, creative and problem-solving level. We would love to count on your vision and creativity to tell stories pixel by pixel.
You'll be based at our studio in Madrid, just across the road from the legendary Bernabéu stadium. In Spain's capital, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself both in the exciting city life – serving up the best nightlife, concerts and sporting events around - and in the relaxing life, with spacious and leafy parks to lose yourself in; after all, it is probably sunny outside!
Key tasks:
In-house graphic design for various digital marketing materials.
Creating highly realistic mockups and photomontages to simulate how brands appear on stadium environments (LED boards, pitch-side banners, giant screens, etc.).
Fast creation and adaptation of visual assets for mockups without loss of quality, pixelation or perspective issues.
Good understanding of the creative process, brief breakdown, and deliverables.
Contributing to brand strategy and creative conceptualisation — including crafting narratives, evolving brand guidelines, and developing visual directions for high-profile projects.
Applying and adapting brand manuals to advertising graphics
Working under tight deadlines and last-minute changes, especially when collaborating with major clubs.
Collaborating with the design, motion, and development teams to bring creative concepts to life — asking when things are unclear, proposing solutions, and communicating proactively.
