We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Intern for the Summer 2026 season who is eager to go beyond the resume and learn the "refreshingly different" way we match remarkable brands with exceptional people.
This isn’t a "coffee-runner" internship. You will be embedded in our daily operations, mastering the tech stack that powers modern recruitment while shadowing the conversations that define executive search.

1. Database & ATS Management (Lever)
- Organizing and updating candidate profiles to ensure data integrity.
- Moving candidates through the funnel, from New Lead to Hired.
- Review applications through the ATS
- Manage our passive candidate pools.
You will become a Lever power-user. You’ll manage the backbone of our recruitment pipeline by:
2. Strategic Sourcing (LinkedIn & Beyond)

Drafting personalized outreach messages that reflect AIP’s authentic voice.

Building Talent Pools for key roles we are headhunting for.

Mapping out competitors and industry innovators to identify passive talent.
Using LinkedIn Recruiter, you will help us find the shining stars.
3. Collaborative Operations (Google Workspace)
- Manage complex interview calendars and coordinate across time zones.
- Draft client-facing candidate summaries and presentations using Docs and Slides.
- Maintain real-time trackers in Sheets to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
4. Due Diligence (References)

Reaching out to industry leaders to verify candidate impact.

Transcribing and synthesizing feedback into professional reports that help our clients make informed decisions.
You will learn the art of the reference check.
5. Interview Shadowing

Observe high-level behavioral interviewing techniques.

Take detailed notes on candidate "fit" and skill gaps.

Participate in post-interview debriefs to learn how we evaluate culture-add vs. culture-fit.
