Director of Finance - East Operations

Position Overview: The Director of Finance will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams across the organization, providing operational insights, and driving key financial initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting and Insights: Support cross-functional teams by delivering actionable reporting and insights to guide decision-making and influence property operations.
• Solution Development: Diagnose complex situations and contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions.
• Build Relationships: Foster strategic partnerships across departments to enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and support organizational goals
• Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, while maintaining a focus on performance metrics and operational efficiency.
• Forecasting and Planning: Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning processes.
• Financial Operations Support: Tackle challenging problems across financial operations disciplines, including FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, and Acquisitions.
