Position summary We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Prepper to join our HeavyAero team in Calgary, Alberta:
Reporting to the Paint Shop Supervisor, the Paint Prepper plays a critical role in ensuring aircraft surfaces are properly prepared for high-quality paint application. This role involves advanced surface preparation techniques—including sanding, stripping, masking, and corrosion assessment—to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality.
