The role you will play
Support delivery of innovative training and engagement programmes aligned with our performance objectives and business strategy.
Develop strategic relationships internally and externally to ensure training and engagement initiatives are relevant, consistent, and effective.
Continuously analyse programme performance and implement improvements for enhanced outcomes.
Support with setting our training and engagement programmes against industry best practices to ensure excellence.
Track and report on training spend.
Support the Australian sales team with the planning and execution of trade shows, events and webinars.
Design and execute trade familiarisation programmes
Uphold the highest standards of safety and security across all activities and processes.
Manage CRM and reporting tools for national sales
What you’ll bring
Ideally, 3-5+ years of proven experience in training development or trade support.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Training, Management, or equivalent experience.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to align training and engagement initiatives with business strategy.
Demonstrated capability in performance analysis and continuous improvement.
Excellent budget management and planning skills.
GDS and CRM knowledge preferred
