Training and Engagement Manager - Sydney

The role you will play 

• Support delivery of  innovative training and engagement programmes aligned with our performance objectives and business strategy. 

• Develop strategic relationships internally and externally to ensure training and engagement initiatives are relevant, consistent, and effective. 

• Continuously analyse programme performance and implement improvements for enhanced outcomes. 

• Support with  setting our  training and engagement programmes against industry best practices to ensure excellence. 

• Track and report on training spend. 

• Support the Australian sales team with the planning and execution of trade shows, events and webinars. 

• Design and execute trade familiarisation programmes 

• Uphold the highest standards of safety and security across all activities and processes. 

• Manage CRM and reporting tools for national sales 

What you’ll bring 

• Ideally, 3-5+ years of proven experience in training development or trade support. 

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Training, Management, or equivalent experience. 

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to align training and engagement initiatives with business strategy. 

• Demonstrated capability in performance analysis and continuous improvement. 

• Excellent budget management and planning skills. 

• GDS and CRM knowledge preferred
