To continue this success story and to grow and develop the business, we are looking for a results driven, commercially focussed marketer to join Air New Zealand’s South and Southeast Asia (SSEA) team as Senior Marketing Executive based in Singapore.
This role will play an important role, partnering with the rest of the SSEA regional team, to ensure we meet our ambitious targets across the region. The role will plan and deliver effective marketing activity across assigned SSEA markets, partnering regularly with Tourism Boards, Alliance partners, Trade partners and marketing agencies.
For this role that offers lots of variety we’re looking for a commercially-strong marketer, who also has a creative side. Working in a small, hard-working team the successful candidate will be a collaborative team player who enjoys working with people of different cultures and juggling projects across an array of different countries.
Key responsibilities of the role
- Contribute to the SSEA regional marketing plan, ensuring alignment with Air New Zealand’s regional strategy and delivery of annual revenue and brand objectives
- Plan, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns across consumer and trade channels to meet performance goals and strengthen brand metrics
- Effectively manage day-to-day agency and partner relationships, including advertising, media, and tourism board partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Oversee campaign performance and budgets, tracking ROI, and identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement
- Analyse customer and market insights to inform marketing initiatives and strengthen competitive positioning
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Global Brand & Communications, Digital, and SSEA Online, to deliver consistent and compliant marketing activity across all touchpoints.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring Air New Zealand’s values and identity are reflected across all regional communications.
- Support other marketing initiatives and projects within the SSEA region as required.
This role may involve occasional international travel within the region, and/or New Zealand.
