In this 12-month fixed term opportunity, you will join a collaborative, high performing team supporting a varied and fast paced business portfolio, with a strong focus on employee relations and change.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide timely, pragmatic HR advice across employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes, absence management, and organisational change, ensuring balanced and compliant outcomes
- Partner with leaders to plan and deliver change initiatives, supporting clear communication, meaningful consultation, and positive employee experiences
- Guide day to day people decisions, helping leaders navigate complexity while managing risk and aligning with our employment framework
- Support union related activities and contribute to constructive, solutions focused employment relationships
- Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and ways of working, lifting capability and consistency across the People function
What we’re looking for
- Three or more years’ experience in a generalist HR or advisory role, or equivalent experience
- Strong capability and confidence in employee relations, with hands on experience managing a range of ER cases
- Experience supporting organisational change, restructures or transformation initiatives, or a strong desire to deepen your expertise in this space
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine passion for growing your HR advisory career
