What you'll be working on:
- Own email-channel-driven attributed revenue as a business outcome, setting the strategic direction for how email contributes to LTV, retention, and expansion across airSlate products
- Define email and push notification strategy in line with product and marketing strategies
- Lead churn-prevention and win-back initiatives across email and push notifications as coordinated, signal-driven programs rather than one-off campaigns
- Set the email roadmap for 2026 and beyond — audit existing programs, identify gaps and quick wins, and prioritize initiatives across three products against attributed revenue targets
- Define how email fits within multi-channel orchestration, establishing boundaries and handoffs between email, in-product messaging, and other channels
- Translate behavioral signals, predictive churn scores, and lifecycle stage classifications into actionable segmentation logic and program triggers
- Define data requirements for email programs — specify the user signals, cohort definitions, and event triggers needed from the data engineering team, and own those requests
- Own the team's contribution to the revenue attribution model — partner with data teams to define lifecycle-stage KPIs and validate that email is correctly credited under the new attribution framework
- Own email dashboards with the data team and align them with lifecycle dashboards, so attribution reporting accurately reflects email's contribution to revenue at each funnel stage
- Use generative and agentic AI tooling to drive personalization and automation at scale across a large, multi-product subscriber base
- Manage and develop three email marketing specialists — set priorities, coach on execution quality, and connect daily work to strategic lifecycle goals
- Coordinate across the email development team, data team, demand gen, and product stakeholders to deliver lifecycle programs end-to-end within airEML
- Maintain and evolve automated email journeys across all four products, with the authority to rebuild or retire programs where data supports it
- Ensure email deliverability and list health at scale across a large, multi-product subscriber base

What we expect from you:
- 5+ years in email marketing as a senior contributor or leader, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing with an email focus — B2C or B2B SaaS/subscription products at scale preferred
- Proven ownership of an email and/or retention/lifecycle program end-to-end — strategy, journey design, segmentation logic, and KPI ownership, not only execution
- Familiarity with attribution models, including how attribution windows affect reported email performance and how to navigate model transitions
- Experience using behavioral data and predictive models for segmentation, such as churn scoring or lifecycle stage classification
- Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation or email platform (Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot, or an internal equivalent)
- A track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product and Data Science teams, not siloed within Marketing
- Strategic thinking at the program level, not only the campaign level
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort with dashboards and data-warehouse-sourced data, and the ability to derive lifecycle insights independently
- Understanding of email deliverability and list health at scale (100K+ subscriber base)
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English, written and spoken
What helps you rock:
- Experience in a multi-product or multi-brand environment
