Senior Product Manager

Your focus

• Define and communicate the product roadmap for our platform, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Use analytics, user research, and market insights to make informed decisions. You'll define success metrics and continuously optimize product performance.
• Work hands-on with engineering teams in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups. You understand the rhythm of agile development and know how to keep teams moving fast.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success. You'll present product updates to leadership and align diverse stakeholders on priorities.
• Design scalable solutions that serve multiple use cases and user segments. You understand APIs, integrations, and how to build products that other products depend on.
• Break down complex challenges into clear, actionable features. You're comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate competing priorities.

It would be great if you have:-

• Experience with API products, developer tools, or SaaS platforms.
• Background in building products for the Malaysia or Southeast Asia market.
• Certifications in Product Management (CSPO, PSPO) or Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing products through high-growth phases.
