The Opportunity
Are you driven to help design the systems and strategies that power the future of healthcare? As an Operations Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping Akido’s operational foundation — supporting scalable processes, integrating modern technologies, and unlocking efficiencies that enable our care teams to focus on what matters most: patient health. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a builder who enjoys solving complex problems — someone who can think strategically while also diving into the details to help turn vision into reality. What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for operational processes and systems, aligning with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Design, implement, and improve scalable, efficient, and secure operational systems and workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; support process optimization and automation using tools like LLMs, RPA, and other advanced technologies.
- Support feasibility studies and business case analyses for new initiatives, helping balance risks and benefits.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and consistency across business processes.
- Help set up performance monitoring and productivity tracking across key functions, reporting on KPIs and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve operational efficiency and integrate with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable operational solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Support and mentor more junior team members as the team grows, while continuing to develop your own skills.
Who You Are
- 6–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, process design, or related fields.
- Experience supporting operational strategy, process improvement, and systems implementation in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down and address complex operational challenges.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to shared outcomes.
- Technical curiosity and interest in evaluating emerging technologies for operational impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
