Líder Técnico (React)

We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead to drive the technical direction and leadership of one or more development teams across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on expertise with proven leadership skills, ensuring both the technical excellence of our solutions and the professional growth of the team. This role requires someone who can balance strategy and execution, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor one or more development teams, promoting best practices and high-quality delivery.
• Define and oversee project architecture and technical decisions.
• Guide developers through code reviews, technical challenges, and solution design.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on planning and execution.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and UX/UI teams to ensure integrated delivery.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and drive innovation across projects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Tech Lead, managing technical teams.
• Strong expertise in React.
• Proven fullstack experience, including backend and frontend integration.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and general DevOps practices.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of microservices and scalable architectures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholders.
