We are seeking an intern in the Content Development team with a passion for learning and applying methods to develop immunoassays for new biomarker detection. The successful candidate will learn the biomarker development strategy and be able to execute and analyze experiments for establishing new biomarker detection immunoassays and support inventory & data management and process improvement initiatives including opportunities to contribute to workflow automation. The candidate will work with innovative technology and collaborate with a highly talented and motivated team to address unmet research and medical needs. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Apply trained knowledge and skill sets to design and execute experiments for new biomarker detection immunoassay and optimize processes to improve accuracy & reliability. 
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and storage of reagents for running immune assays. 
  • Support workflow automation initiatives and proactively identify any areas for further process improvement. 
  • Analyze data, present insights, and perform troubleshooting as needed. 
  • Assist in the organization and storage of related data and electronic documents.   

 Required Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing a degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.   
  • Hands-on experience with general lab techniques and lab instruments. 
  • Experience with executing immunoassays, such as ELISA, and an understanding of how to analyze and review assay data is preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Experience in Excel and other MS Office programs. 
  • Must be self-motivated with a positive “can do” attitude and have good project management skills. 
  • Strong communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $25/hour - $35/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
