JOB PURPOSE
To lead and deliver high-quality graphic design and presentation materials for the Design & Masterplanning team, ensuring clear, compelling, and brand-aligned visual communication for internal and external stakeholders.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and produce executive-level presentations, reports, boards, and visual materials for design and masterplanning projects.
· Translate technical content into structured, visually engaging formats suitable for senior management, clients, and partners.
· Create infographics, diagrams, layouts, and visual storytelling tools to support project narratives.
· Ensure all outputs comply with Aldar brand guidelines and presentation standards.
· Collaborate with architects, planners, development to consolidate and structure content.
· Manage multiple submissions and tight deadlines with high attention to detail and quality control.
· Maintain and enhance presentation templates, graphic systems, and visual libraries for the Design team.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
· 6–10 years of relevant experience, preferably within real estate, architecture, urban design, or consultancy environments.
· Demonstrated experience preparing senior management and client-facing presentations.
Technical Skills
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
· Strong expertise in PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
· Strong layout, typography, and information hierarchy skills.
· Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear visual narratives.
