JOB PURPOSE
• Support the team to ensure effective implementation of the compensation and benefits structure, changes and amendments in line with company strategy and market competitiveness
• Becomes an SME to the STI and LTI structures and programs across the Group.
The role is only for UAE Nationals.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in organizing and analyzing compensation-related data to support internal decision-making. This includes helping prepare models to simulate salary, bonus, and benefits scenarios under guidance
• Prepare data sets to support our market benchmarking activities.
• Support in setting the company’s pay and benefits structure.
• Assist in preparing a program budget and operate within that budget.
• Support the day-to-day administration of Short-Term Incentives (STI) and Long-Term Incentives (LTI), including data preparation, tracking, and employee communication.
• Support the annual cycle by helping prepare internal communications, support materials, and employee awareness sessions alongside more senior team members.
• Review submissions of rewards nominations, discuss forced distribution and budget allocations with GCEO and CPCO;
• Ensure internal equity of rewards/increments/progression across the group for fair distribution.
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 3+ years of experience in Compensation or related.
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Private sector or consulting; real-estate background would be a plus
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• Strong numerical skills with an ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve basic problems using logical reasoning.
• A growth mindset with eagerness to learn and develop
• Highly organised, dependable and collaborative
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with employee and company data
• Clear and professional communication
• Basic Excel knowledge (preferred) - Familiarity with formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, IF, and basic functions like filters, formatting, and simple pivot tables. (Training will be provided.)
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, statistics, mathematics, business/economics)
