JOB PURPOSE
Assist in execution of Sales & Leasing contract administration processes across ALDAR Residential, Office & Retail portfolio
Provide timely & accurate data management to achieve efficient business reporting, document control & lease compliance objectives
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare lease/ offer summaries, Lease Approval forms, and Letter of offers
Check completeness & accuracy of sales & leasing documentation of signatures and forms and update contract database
Enter and update data in the contract database system in a timely and accurate manner
Development of regular reports on sales and leasing & customer handover performance
Work with Document Control on the proper archiving of contracts & associated documents according to ALDAR policy standards
Support in the preparation of the sales & leasing commission payment process & liaise with finance to ensure accurate & timely commission payments to staff
Liaise with third Property Management service providers as required to overcome and contract administration issues and to ensure database integrity
Provide support in the day-to-day operation and administration of customer centers where required
- Default & termination admin
- Handover Operational activities (Admin, Quality control, snagging, key management);
- Queue Management Monitor & usage compliance
Provide support to Marketing & Customer Service as required to deliver Operational requirements & assist in handover preparation
Provide support to the Sales and Leasing functions to enhance lease execution & contract administration systems & processes
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Experience in the GCC and UAE real estate market
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
Confident business computing skills with experience using MS Office & ERP systems preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of policies, processes, procedures & work methods
Detail oriented nature
Problem solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated time management, organizational & administrational skills
Business-level command of Arabic and English, written and verbal preferred
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree; Paralegal experience highly regarded
