We are seeking a Digital MarTech Solutions Specialist to design, implement, and optimize marketing technology ecosystems that drive digital transformation and enhance customer experience. This role combines technical expertise, digital marketing strategy, across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hootsuite, Optimizely, analytics, and personalization tools..
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute the MarTech roadmap aligned with the company’s business and marketing goals.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend tools to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, and product teams to define MarTech requirements.
MarTech Implementation & Management
• Lead the implementation, integration, and maintenance of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hootsuite, Optimizely, Google Marketing Platform).
• Ensure smooth data flow between MarTech tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Manage platform upgrades and oversee vendor relationships.
Automation & Campaign Optimization
• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Implement personalization and segmentation strategies to drive customer engagement.
Data & Analytics
• Oversee tracking, tagging, and reporting processes for marketing performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations using data-driven analysis to improve marketing ROI.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Training & Support
• Upskill marketing teams on using MarTech tools effectively.
• Serve as a technical consultant for campaign managers and marketing leaders.
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
7–8 years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or digital transformation roles.

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Experience in delivery of solutions in domains of property development, marketing and Sales.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, tag management, and analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, , Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, etc.
• Understanding of data integration, APIs / MuleSoft and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Familiarity with privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and data governance best practices.
• Core programing concepts HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Rest APIs).
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams & mandatory experience in engaging with senior leadership.
• Must be able to translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment.
• Good Communications skills to interact with business users,
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)., Salesforce Certification a must
