Role Overview

As an Account Manager within the Business Intelligence and Revenue Support team, you will act as the bridge between complex data and actionable business strategy. You won't just manage accounts; you will tell the story of our success, using a blend of business acumen and visual communication to drive revenue and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and sustain solid relationships with entrusted accounts, acting as a trusted consultant who understands their business objectives and market challenges.
  • Visual Storytelling & Reporting: Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts. Transform raw data into compelling narratives through advanced visual storytelling, ensuring insights are easy to digest for stakeholders.
  • Presentation Excellence: Design and deliver high-impact presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides, maintaining a high standard of visual aesthetics and clarity.
  • Project Leadership: Establish and manage project scope, monitor progress, clear roadblocks, and manage client expectations from kickoff to delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with Platforms, Creative, Data Services, and other Aleph teams to ensure comprehensive solutions are met.
  • Insight Sharing: Proactively share information and insights on client products and business targets across internal stakeholders to align on revenue growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Run internal meetings, manage daily communication with key contacts, and coordinate external resources or third-party service providers.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner and support the implementation of long-term solutions to prevent future friction.

What we are looking for:

  • Business Thinking: A strong "business first" mindset with the ability to connect data trends to revenue impact and commercial strategy.
  • Design & Visualization: Proven ability to create professional, visually engaging presentations. You should know how to use layout, color, and hierarchy to make information "pop."
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bonus – Media Savvy: A baseline understanding or prior experience in advertising media (digital media landscape/platforms, KPIs like CPM/ROAS, etc.) is highly preferred.
