The Operations function acts as a bridge between Sales and Finance, ensuring smooth data flow, reporting accuracy, and issue resolution across multiple systems.
This role supports 13 countries within the European region.
We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Specialist who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and bringing structure to complexity.
What you'll do:
- Act as the bridge between Sales and Finance — ensuring both teams work from one version of the truth.
- Collect, validate, and prepare reports from our global partners and platforms.
- Match and reconcile delivery data across internal systems (Salesforce and others).
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Revenue & COGS, Treasury, and Operations teams.
- Support management with ad-hoc reporting and operational insights.
- Assist in data imports and manual data entries to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, recommending optimizations.
- Background and experience in one of the following fields: operations, sales, finance.
- Experienced with Excel, or Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas and data reconciliation), Google Workplace.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- English fluency (daily working language).
- Independent, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks without micromanagement.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
