RevOps Engineer
Job Overview
About Aleph
Aleph is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). We operate in an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. Our growth has come from product velocity and customer outcomes, not marketing spend, and the results speak for themselves.
Aleph was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Bain & Company. We’re backed by top VCs (Bain Capital Ventures, Khosla Ventures, YC, Picus Capital), and work with customers like Webflow, Turo, Notion, Zapier, and many others.
What we’ve built so far is the most seamless way to centralize all of a company's financial data – think expenses from Quickbooks or Netsuite, pipeline forecasts from Salesforce – and bring it into the tools finance teams are already using. But the vision goes way beyond that: Aleph is AI-native at its core, automating reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting through intelligent agents. We’re building the always-on decision layer for modern businesses.
We’re moving fast, shipping constantly, leaning into AI to make the product smarter with every release, while also applying AI to how we sell, support and scale. Our churn is low, growth is strong, and the pace keeps accelerating.
We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM).
🔍 What we’re looking for
We’re hiring a RevOps Engineer to own key systems, workflows, and data that power Aleph’s go-to-market teams. This is a hands-on role where you’ll ensure our GTM engine runs cleanly, scales intelligently, and gives our sales, marketing, and customer success teams the leverage they need to succeed.
You’ll be joining a team of engineers that has already been building infrastructure to support our GTM efforts. We’ve shown how AI-driven tools can transform the day-to-day of GTM teams, and we believe there’s still much more to unlock. This is your opportunity to build on that foundation, bringing stability, efficiency, and scale to our operations.
👷 What you’ll be doing
Own HubSpot end-to-end: Design and build workflows and property structures that are simple and extensible, while proactively consolidating the setup so as to keep scaling in a reliable way. Oversee the full administration of HubSpot, including governance, permissions, reporting, and integrations.
Enable GTM teams: Deliver dashboards, tools, and automations that make Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success more effective
Operationalize processes: Standardize and document core GTM workflows so they run consistently, scale smoothly, and remain easy to adapt as the business grows
Drive forecasting, reporting, and commissions: Own sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and commission processes to keep GTM metrics accurate, transparent, and actionable
Keep the GTM tech stack unified: Design, build, and maintain integrations across multiple platforms, including Hubspot, n8n, Clay, Slack, Aleph, and internal tools
Be the go-to operator: Provide responsive support to GTM stakeholders while balancing quick fixes with long-term scalable solutions
📝 What you have
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM systems role in SaaS
2+ years of experience as the administrator of Hubspot, including workflow automation, reporting, and integrations
Strong technical foundation: comfortable with APIs, no-code tools, and lightweight scripting in Python or JavaScript
Experience building effective AI-powered workflows (e.g., with LLMs in Zapier, n8n, Clay, or code) that create real leverage in a B2B context
In-depth understanding of the GTM motion in B2B SaaS
Ownership mindset: you take initiative, balance short-term urgency with long-term scalability, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
While this is a remote-first opportunity, we're focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team.
